How do I make a booking?
You can book directly through our website, WhatsApp, or by calling us. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, though we also accept last-minute bookings subject to availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged in full.
Are your drivers English-speaking?
Yes, all our professional drivers speak English and are knowledgeable about Bali's attractions, restaurants, and cultural sites. Many also speak additional languages.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (IDR, USD, EUR), bank transfer, credit cards, and digital payments including GoPay and OVO. Payment can be made in advance or after service completion.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child safety seats are available upon request at no extra charge. Please specify the age and weight of your child when booking to ensure we provide the appropriate seat.
